ABOUT ME
Casey Akers
I’m a New York City–based personal trainer with over 5 years of coaching experience and more than 20 years as an athlete. My background spans youth and collegiate softball, competitive powerlifting—where I became a two-time state record holder—and most recently, HYROX competition, blending strength, endurance, and performance-based training.
Having trained and competed at multiple levels, I understand what it takes to push your body while prioritizing longevity, recovery, and overall well-being. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients nationwide, helping them build strength, confidence, and resilience through intentional training.
Working with me means being coached by someone who has lived the process. I don’t just program workouts—I guide you with perspective, accountability, and a deep understanding of what it takes to reach your peak.

Cardiovascular training builds aerobic capacity and work output without burning you out. I design cardio programs that enhance fitness while preserving strength and recovery.
